This past weekend Chad and I got lots of shopping done and I have to share some of the bargains we got. If you know me at all – you know I love a bargain!
-
Kroger – Had Children’s Books and Cookbooks on sale for 50% off an already low price last week. I bought way too many (I am a retired school teacher and mom to a little one who loves to read) , but this week was so excited to see that they were all 75% off. So – I drug all 26 books back and rebought them and ended up getting all the books for 26.00!!!! I stocked up for BDay Gifts too:)
-
Belks – They had tons of Polo Baby Clothes for 75% off and an extra 30% off. Stocked up for shower gifts:) We got the cutest Ralph Lauren dress that Chad said we had to keep for our little girl (Probably won’t happen, but we can dream right!) We also got Charlie a new coat for next year for less than $8. We love it and this will be his third year wearing the same style.
-
Goodys – I had to return a pair of New Balances I got for Christmas because my foot was too narrow, but while I was there I checked the kids section and they had the cutest Christmas outfits for Charlie – unfortunately the pants were missing on both of them – so I talked the lady into giving me both the shirts for the price of one outfit! Charlie will looks so handsome next Christmas at $2 a shirt!
-
Kohl’s – More Baby Shower Gifts. I have a cousin on both my mom and dad’s side due in the end of June that are both having girls and I got their gifts. After my gift card (left over from Christmas) I spent less than $15 and got them both several outfits! (Kohls was having extra percentage off too). It is fun to shop for them because they are both due 4 days (in each direction) of when we were due with our little one that we lost at Thanksgiving.
-
CVS – Buy 30.00 of Huggies – get $15 to spend later – I had coupons and everything which means I basically got each package for 4.00. I usually use Pampers, but I couldn’t pass up this deal. Also – they have Eucerin on sale and buy $20, get $10 for later! This is the only lotion Charlie can use and we use a lot of it to help with his excema. Note – If you put the lotion on them while still wet – you will see a huge difference for the better!
-
Lifeway – We had a 25% coupon off our entire order! We got Charlie several of the Hermie movies for 6.00 (these are great for teaching little ones about God and His truths) and we stocked up on books and cards – yeah!!!

-
Ok – I realize this is probably very unexciting to most, but we were thrilled with our purchases!!!

And………you got Isabelle the cuteset dress ever!! Thanks!
